REVIEWS - Seafood, Fish & Chips
KINGS FISH RESTAURANT, Rayleigh
Service was friendly, welcoming and informative. Our waitress was so welcoming
We sat down and had already decided to have the lunchtime specials. I chose the cod and chips, my friend the chicken and chips. Both accompanied by a roll and butter tea or coffee . The salad garnish was nice and fresh.
Service was good, food was lovely and reasonably priced. I've had takeaway from here before but fresh fish and chips in the restaurant was so delicious!
THE OLIVE TREE, Westcliff on Sea
Lovely bright venue with friendly staff. I had a lamb shank and my wife had sea Bass fillets. Both of which were tasty, followed by sponge pudding/custard and cherry pie/ice cream. Must admit though, the battered fish dishes looked fantastic. Would definitely try fish and chips next time!
